Integral Senior Living is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members across its California communities. The role includes performing routine maintenance, handling service requests for grounds, buildings and equipment, and supporting preventative maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, with 1

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical school education preferred.
• 1 year maintenance and/or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, guests, and team members.
• Perform routine maintenance and service requests for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment and vehicles.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program.
• Work on heating and cooling systems, water systems, pumps, refrigeration, motors, fans and electrical systems.
• Perform carpet and hard surface floor maintenance and deep cleaning of resident suites.
