Signaturecare Emergency Center Master is seeking an experienced Facility Nurse Manager in Garland, TX to oversee nursing, radiology, and front office operations. The role emphasizes 24-hour accountability, staff leadership, and adherence to Texas Board of Nurse Examiners standards to ensure safe, patient-centered care across all ages.

The position requires a licensed RN (TX or compact state) with a BSN or higher and a minimum of 3 years of experience, plus current BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or higher) and licensed in TX or a compact state.
• Current RN license with Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or compact state.
• Minimum 3 years of recent nursing experience.
• Active BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC from an AHA recognized course.
• TNCC & CEN preferred.
• Experience maintaining certifications with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour accountability for the facility.
• Lead nursing, radiology, and front office; resolve conflicts.
• Primary contact for internal communication.
• Monitor patient service feedback; resolve issues.
• Hire, terminate; coordinate HR approvals.
• Coach, develop; evaluate staff with Directors.
• Coordinate monthly facility meetings with Facility Medical Director.
• Ensure staff certifications and ER policy compliance.
• Perform other duties; manage multiple tasks.
• Cover open ER nursing shifts when needed.
• Staff orientation for new hires.
• Maintain Laboratory per CLIA, COLA, and TJC standards.
• Infection control duties; report infections as required.
• Inventory checks; maintain patient care supplies par levels.
• Willing to provide direct patient care as needed.
• Foster growth; improve patient flow.
