Job summary

SignatureCare ER in Garland, TX seeks a Facility Nurse Manager to lead the ER nursing, radiology, and front office teams. You will ensure safe patient care, oversee staff development, and coordinate with the Facility Medical Director to align with organizational goals.

The role requires TX licensure, 3+ years of leadership, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC certifications. Expect 24/7 accountability and active participation in policy implementation and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN or higher preferred.
• Current nursing license in TX or compact state; board registration in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of recent nursing leadership experience.
• Must have BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC from an AHA course.
• TNCC & CEN preferred; ongoing certification maintenance.
• Experience obtaining and maintaining regulatory certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing, radiology, and front office departments; resolve facility issues.
• Coordinate monthly facility meetings with the Facility Medical Director.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and HR approvals; ensure staffing coverage.
• Maintain quality, cost effectiveness, and guest relations in clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, COLA, and TJC standards; infection control oversight.
• Prepare schedules, manage overtime, and oversee policy implementation.
