TURN is seeking a conscientious residential program staff member in Fresno, CA. You will oversee resident checks, respond to medical needs, manage transportation passes, and ensure adherence to program rules and safety standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse client base are essential. Training in CPR/First Aid will be completed within 30 days, with opportunities for growth in the substance abuse treatment field.

Overall program management including contract outcomes, leadership and supervision, clinical operations, training, fiscal and billing controls, EHR, workplace safety, and policies & procedures.
