Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, industrial systems, and equipment in Green Bay, WI. You’ll review work orders, estimate time and materials, and ensure inventory sufficiency. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and using MS Office tools for reporting.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and help maintain compliance with codes and safety directives while operating company vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, walk/stand for extended periods.
• Judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Inspect building systems to ensure design performance and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily tasks.
• Apply standard principles to complete complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge across disciplines.
