• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; maintain inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing to ensure design compliance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles to perform daily tasks.
• Share knowledge and mentor others across multiple subjects.
• Collaborate across teams to drive outcomes aligned with CBRE's values.
