Lucky Strike Entertainment in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the center. You will supervise the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs for lanes, attractions, and equipment to keep the guest experience uninterrupted.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities leadership and hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and contracting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in facilities/maintenance leadership.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general contracting is required.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and safety compliance (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure uptime and safe operations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and attractions.
• Manage vendors, contractors, parts inventory, and budgets for the center.
• Document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance.
• Provide on-site technical expertise and rapid problem-solving.
