Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure the safe, reliable operation of our bowling centers, waterparks, and attractions. You will oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships to minimize downtime and protect guest experiences.

This role requires 3+ years in facilities leadership, plumbing/electrical/HVAC, budgeting, and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading facilities or technical operations in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Budgeting, vendor management, and cost control experience.
• Knowledge of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
