Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a Facility Condition Assessor to support an Intelligence Community customer. The role covers facility and system condition indices, asset inventories, and CMMS data loading with ARCHIBUS.

You will work with the PMT to finalize assessment reports and prioritization of projects. The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, a technical background in mechanical/electrical systems, and extensive CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or 16 years of relevant experience with no degree.
• Mechanical and/or Electrical background/experience.
• Experience with CMMS or other facility inventory systems.
• Facility condition assessment experience or similar activities.

Responsibilities

• Photograph site and assets and document deficiencies.
• Create itemized inventory with make/model/serial numbers when observable.
• Record equipment condition and ADA/building-code discrepancies.
• Document lifecycle details and installation/upgrade dates.
• Coordinate data input into client CMMS and with PMT.
