Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of project management experience or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing project management plans, leading multi-discipline teams, and monitoring/reporting status.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings/specifications and knowledge of standard construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements, prepare scopes of work, conduct market research, and develop sole source justification if appropriate.
• Assist the Contracting Officer and COTR with acquisition planning, execution, and administration.
• Conduct pre-bid and pre-construction site visits.
• Review technical solicitations, proposals, quotes, and change requests.
• Manage design projects and review designs submitted for changes to Government facilities.
