Qualifications

• Education and experience as described: two years college plus five years facility management or equivalent.

• Experience with municipal budgeting and contract development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of OPSTC facility ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Schedule room reservations, training spaces, and shared resources.
• Manage operating budget, procurement, and long-term planning; coordinate with departments and guards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs; supervise contractors and staff.
• Lead Facility Management Committee meetings; liaise with City and Army National Guard partners.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities with public safety leadership.
• Manage advanced tech systems (simulation rooms, AV, surveillance, access control).
• Generate reports on facility usage and trends; support strategic planning.
