Job summary

Lukos LLC is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the Facility Management Branch at the SOMTC, ensuring security, supply, logistics and property management for the training center. The role requires experience managing maintenance, security and safety, coordinating DPW services, and performing HVAC and controls checks.

Candidate should have a secret clearance and be able to escort government officials during service visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or ten years of Special Forces experience may substitute.
• Secret clearance required.
• Two years of facility management and operations experience in Army Mission Command Training Center/Complex.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Facility Management Branch, overseeing physical security, supply, logistics and property management for the facility.
• Identify maintenance issues and submit/track work orders with DPW or other organizations.
• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks (HVAC filters, light bulbs, plumbing issues).
• Manage HVAC Energy Management System, lighting and door closure schedules.
• Escort DPW officials during services at the facility.
