Job summary

EMR Group is seeking a Facility Manager to support our new non-ferrous warehouse facility in Minnesota. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee safety, material processing, inventory, and shipping to ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively.

You will build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and learning our proprietary software to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily operations.
• Hands-on experience operating equipment and machinery.
• Experience leading a team and developing employees.
• Ability to learn our proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily non-ferrous yard operations, including receiving, processing, inventory management and shipping materials.
• Lead, train, and support yard staff to maintain safe, productive and efficient operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers through reliable service and accurate pricing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
