Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running smoothly. You will spot potential failures before they occur and be the first responder when something goes wrong, ensuring uptime and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a maintenance team, oversee budgets, manage contractors and parts inventories, and train staff in safe procedures. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational
