Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep of lanes, attractions, kitchens, and building systems across our centers. You’ll lead a maintenance team, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management and cost control.
• Strong safety and OSHA knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in mechanical spaces; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes and attractions.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and document all work; monitor equipment performance.
• Serve as on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices and technical skills.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
