Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation seeks a Facility Manager to own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the facility. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, manage vendors, and ensure guest experiences remain uninterrupted.

This role requires 3+ years in facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume setting, with strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and contracting skills, plus budgeting and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
