Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to lead daily health, safety, and performance of the center. You will oversee maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure reliable operations of lanes, attractions, and building systems to keep guests enjoying uninterrupted experiences.

Responsibilities include leading a maintenance team, coordinating preventative maintenance, and driving uptime while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
• Strong safety compliance knowledge, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of downtime
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational
