Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily health, safety, and performance of our centers. Lead the maintenance team, supervise preventative maintenance, and coordinate vendors to keep lanes, attractions, and building systems running reliably.

You will manage budgets, ensure OSHA compliance, and provide on-site expertise with a focus on uptime and guest satisfaction. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting and vendor management.
• Strong safety knowledge including OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center with regular service checks to prevent downtime.
• Document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as on-site technical expert for repairs and troubleshooting with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
