Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Manager to own daily health, safety, and performance of the center. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate vendors, and ensure all systems run safely and reliably to deliver uninterrupted guest experiences.

The role demands 3+ years of leadership in a high-volume facility, hands-on plumbing/Electrical/HVAC experience, and strong budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures
• Document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of downtime
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational
