Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a skilled Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running smoothly across our venues. You will lead daily maintenance, prevent outages, and respond quickly to issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of facilities leadership, experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and strong budgeting and safety knowledge. You should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational

The Role
As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong.
