Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running smoothly across our NJ locations. You will stay ahead of failures, respond quickly, and serve as the on-site technical expert.

You will lead a maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure safety standards. The role requires strong leadership in a high-volume entertainment environment and flexibility to work nights,

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lead maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong safety compliance knowledge including OSHA standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to prevent failures.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.

Overview

What You'll Bring

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
