Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems. You will lead the maintenance team, run preventative programs, and ensure uptime while controlling costs.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities leadership, hands-on plumbing/electrical/HVAC experience, and strong safety/compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to prevent failures.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.

The Role

As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong.
