Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to maintain lanes, attractions, and building systems. You will lead daily repair work, oversee preventive maintenance, and act as the on-site technical expert to keep the venue running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in facilities leadership in a high-volume setting, with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and contracting experience, plus budgeting and vendor management skills. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

The Role

As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong.

What You'll Do

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures
• Serve as the on‑site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational

What You'll Bring

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control

The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
