Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and all building systems running smoothly. You will anticipate failures, respond quickly, and be the on-site technical expert for a high-volume entertainment center.

The role requires leadership of a maintenance team, experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and contracting, plus budgeting and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading facilities or technical operations in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and contracting.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventive maintenance, document work, monitor equipment performance.
• Serve as on-site technical expert, completing repairs with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

The Role

As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong.

What You\'ll Do

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational

What You\'ll Bring

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 per day.
