Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Buffalo seeks a Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, and building systems running smoothly, anticipate failures, and be the on-site technical lead charged with uptime.

You will oversee daily repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry; manage budgets, vendors, and parts; train maintenance staff; and provide hands-on support during peak hours to ensure a safe, guest-ready center.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to prevent failures.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.

The Role

As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong.

What You'll Bring

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 per day.
