Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations and physical asset of the property.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems.
• Complete all work orders via CMMS.
• Keep records on maintenance programs.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Skills

Experience with CMMS

Education
