Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Dalton, GA facility to keep our operations running smoothly. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs with minimal supervision, and support preventive maintenance while documenting work in our EAM system.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday schedule at our in-office location. Salary ranges $23.00–$28.00/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience and/or training.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment setup.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and part drawings.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on the facility.
• Use EAM to document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) and related systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair dock doors, plates, and controls.
• Set up new equipment and determine best repair solutions.
• Provide maintenance status updates and daily end-of-shift reports.
