Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service and troubleshoot production equipment. You will analyze equipment, perform repairs, and document work in the plant’s EAM system while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, and basic welding and fabrication skills; forklift/aerial lift licenses may be required. Marvin offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related technical field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training required.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot using standard maintenance practices.
• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the EAM system.
• Set up new equipment and interpret blueprints/ drawings.
• Perform inspections and assist with machine repairs; train others on repair techniques.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean work environment.
