Job summary

Marvin, a premier window and door manufacturer, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Dalton, GA facility. This in-office role supports the distribution center with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and documentation in the EAM system.

You will inspect and repair interior and exterior facility components, maintain PIVs and dock equipment, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on facility interior and exterior.
• Use the EAM system to document repairs, preventive maintenance, and work orders.
• Maintain powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) with preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair dock doors, plates, and related controls.
• Set up new equipment and determine effective repair solutions.
• Provide maintenance status updates to supervisors and submit daily reports.
