Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle advanced tasks on production machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs with minimal supervision. You will document repairs using the EAM system, inspect equipment, and set up new machinery, applying welding, fabrication, and basic machining skills as needed.

The role emphasizes safety and ongoing training, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and optional OT on Fridays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience or technical training.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
• Knowledge of EAM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Document repairs and preventive maintenance using the plant's work order system (EAM).
• Perform regular inspections and repairs on production equipment.
• Set up new equipment and determine effective repair methods.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings to perform maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate basic machining and welding/fabrication skills.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report maintenance status.
