U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician who will work with a team to inspect, maintain and build buildings, using a range of hand and power tools.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and learning through on-the-job training. Eligible applicants can start immediately, with paid interviews and signing bonuses including a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus after completing U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through the certification program at

Competenze

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license.
• DOT certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul).
• Must be 18 or older.

Mansioni

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites.
• Effectively work with a variety of hand/power tools.
• Pool knowledge with other Facility Maintenance Technicians to accomplish complex projects.
• Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep track of company truck and gas card.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
