CBRE Group, Inc. in Irvine is seeking a Maintenance Technician to fix, maintain and power the workplace. You will handle repairs, perform preventive maintenance and respond quickly when systems go down, supporting world-class facilities.

This role requires 1–2 years of related experience, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with MS Office. A company vehicle and tools are provided as part of the package, with a typical 40–45 hour work week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical requirements.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose problems during routine maintenance.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management and ensure efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems.
• Deliver output under close supervision.
