Fayetteville State University is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician-Building Trades Team Leader to assist in managing the operational tasks of the Residence Hall Building Trades unit. The Primary purpose of the Facility Maintenance Building Trades Team Leader is to provide assistance to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor (FMS) on all matters concerning the operational aspects of the Residence Hall Building Trades unit. The Facility Maintenance Technician-B Building Trades Team Leader is to perform a variety of semi‑skilled and skilled manual tasks in the areas of carpentry, small appliance repair, and general maintenance.
