Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver License required.
• Prior experience in a related field preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine maintenance and service requests.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Operate Asset Essentials CMMS on a mobile device to create and complete work orders.
• Inspect equipment and systems to determine operation and current condition.
• Assist with renovations and repair work for facilities.
