Midwest Health is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities technician to uphold the safety and functionality of the facility in Garden City, Kansas. The role involves performing repairs, maintaining electrical and plumbing systems, and ensuring the building and grounds are well-kept for residents, families, and staff.

The technician will follow safety and corporate policies, report issues promptly, and may assist in emergency response.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Regular worksite attendance is required.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours and weekends when necessary.

• Report abuse/neglect to designated supervisors.
• Maintain facility grounds, structure, and systems (electrical/plumbing).
• Perform routine repairs and upkeep of furniture, tiles, and doors.
• Ensure fire drills and safety equipment inspections are conducted.
• Assist residents as needed and maintain professional conduct with residents and staff.
