Qualificações

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Regular worksite attendance is required.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks as described.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs and maintain facility structure, equipment and grounds.
• Comply with facility policies and safety procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect to Administrator or Unit Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sidewalks and grounds.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, and safety systems and equipment.
• Organize and monitor fire drills and safety equipment.
