Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a qualified Facility Coordinator for our Cleveland, Ohio facility. You will work closely with the Director of Facilities to support maintenance, repairs, and coordination with third-party vendors while ensuring high levels of service to internal and external customers.

POSITION SUMMARYFlexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join us as a Facility Coordinator in our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Our Facility Coordinator will work closely with our Director of Facilities to support all activities, repairs, and act as a liaison with third party vendors. This position plays an important role at our facility and ensures a high level of service to all internal and external customers.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Acts as an interface with employees, clients, visitors and guests. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction.• Troubleshoot and perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, rooftop units, electrical panels.• Maintain lighting, change outlets and monitor low voltage systems.• Handle plumbing leaks, fixtures, drains and water heaters.• Perform special projects & building repairs that include framing walls, drywall, paint, carpet, ceiling tile, door hardware, minor electrical, minor plumbing and minor HVAC repairs.• Perform light bulb changes, ceiling tile replacement, and assist with roof leaks• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with little supervision• Assist the management team by communicating the need for extensive repairs• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using machinery• Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery, all within the approved facility budget.• Resolves issues associated with all building services including, but not limited to parking, vending, conference rooms, interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.• Assists with receiving and dispatching work orders, including updating and closing out work requests in a timely manner. This task also includes acting as an escort for vendors.• Ensures appropriate follow up with vendors, both clearly and professionally, verbally, or via email and through appropriate work order system.• Keep detailed logs, order parts and work with vendors as needed.• Assist with facility inspections that may include escorting vendors and local city life safety departments.• Provides direction or information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers, to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.• Provides coordination and/or support for meetings and conference rooms, as needed and directed.• Greet incoming vendors and ensure they are directed to where they need to go and who they are meeting with in a friendly manner.• Perform other tasks as needed.WORK EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS• Associate's degree (A.
