Job summary

Health First is seeking a Facility Technician II to perform maintenance across our IDN facilities, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance of buildings and equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to OSHA standards while supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at on- and off-site locations. Strong tool skills and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Trade school graduate preferred or completion of Facilities Apprenticeship.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on facilities equipment per schedule.
• Provide courteous service to associates, patients, and visitors.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to maintain uptime.
• Document all work in the maintenance system within 24 hours of completion.
• Assist with emergent requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
