Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with bank associates, tenants, and contractors and to follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work using power and hand tools.
• Respond to work orders via the online system and close completed orders.
• Paint walls and surfaces, perform minor carpentry and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Maintain and clean premises, landscaping, and common areas.
• Obtain bids for supplies and place orders, estimating material and labor costs.
• Inspect banking facilities and properties for maintenance needs.
