Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to keep the facility safe, clean, and functional. You will perform routine upkeep on grounds, parking areas, and building systems while coordinating with nursing staff for resident areas.

You will follow established schedules, replace lighting, perform mechanical repairs, and maintain equipment in accordance with regulations. The role requires a 10th grade education and a respectful, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned shifts and areas.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and facilities.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems as directed.
• Replace light bulbs and clean windows, ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and supplies stocked; protect resident confidentiality.
