CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a Facility Investment Supervisor to oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations on the Unaccompanied Housing Contract in Guam. You will lead skilled technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure safety and quality per contract requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years of maintenance-management experience in military or government settings, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to obtain necessary clearances.

Formación

• Bachelor level or higher education is not specified; certification in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in a military or government facility setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Must maintain licenses/credentials and be able to obtain government clearance if required.
• Proficient in data entry into work management systems (e.g., Maximo).
• Must be US citizen and able to access government worksites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems on Guam.
• Lead technicians, schedule work, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and stakeholders; provide progress updates.
• Maintain maintenance logs, safety reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify improvements and manage tools, parts, and training needs.
• Operate under time constraints with multiple priorities.
