ACQUIRES, NM: CACI seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, coordinating HVAC, HM/HS, and PGU work across ABQ sites and remote locations. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of services for DoD contracts.

You will supervise staff, mentor staff development, and generate formal reports. Strong leadership and deep technical knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Extensive knowledge of refrigeration, power generation and RF maintenance.
• 15+ years commercial/industrial experience; supervisory experience in multi-time-zone environments.
• EPA Refrigerant/Universal license; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise field service technicians on-site and remotely across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate HM/HS, HVAC, and PGU repairs/upgrades at ABQ and offsite locations.
• Assist with travel planning, resource deployment and client coordination.
• Draft reports on HVAC, PGU, HM/HS deficiencies and test results.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure professional client interactions.
