Job summary

CBRE in Guam seeks a Facility Investment Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems on the Unaccompanied Housing Contract. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, ensure timely service calls, and implement a preventive maintenance program in coordination with the Project Manager.

The role requires at least 5 years in maintenance management within military or government facilities, strong trade knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management in military or government facilities.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems knowledge including codes and regulations.
• Certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades preferred.
• Must be US Citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site maintenance and quality assurance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lead and mentor trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and service calls.
• Ensure safety protocols and industry standards are followed.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records; report to Project Manager.
