Job summary

KI Executive Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of our Guam-based office facilities and equipment. The role ensures safe, functional infrastructure and provides day-to-day technical support to staff.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, preventive checks, coordinating with external vendors, and monitoring critical systems like HVAC and plumbing. Strong diagnostic, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical diploma, or vocational certification in electrical, mechanical, or maintenance-related fields.
• Previous experience in office maintenance, facility maintenance, or technical support is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation: 10.00–12.00 per hour

Position Overview
