Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. You will ensure the facility is maintained for production and manufacturing operations, and oversee Facility Maintenance Technicians, coordinating work orders for upkeep of the site.

The ideal candidate should have plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC certification, and be able to lead a maintenance team in a fast-paced environment. This role demands strong problem-solving and energy management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial building maintenance.
• Experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to read machine prints and assign duties to technicians.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates.
• Oversee team, delegate work, and liaison between technicians and engineers.
• Experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), and industrial electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed.
• Delegate tasks and create work lists for Facility Maintenance Technicians.
• Develop schedule for regular inspection of HVAC, doors, lighting, roof and premises.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and security.
• Direct the Maintenance Technicians in repairs of mechanical equipment.
• Maintain maintenance performance logs.
• Electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry as required.
• Move equipment, supplies between properties as required.
• Monitor utility usage and energy management.
