Sterigenics U.S. LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of facility upkeep, safety, and compliance across the assigned sites. The role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with Corporate Engineering to execute maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of maintenance experience, including supervisory roles, and strong skills in CMMS, schematics, and Office software. Occasional domestic travel and a focus on safety are expected.

Reporting to the General Manager with - dotted line responsibilities to Corporate Engineering, the Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for all facility maintenance, facility maintenance personnel, maintenance administration and documentation of and for the machinery, equipment and buildings. Ensures all maintenance activities in the assigned facilities are performed in compliance with Sterigenics’ quality system requirements, Sterigenics Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system and in compliance with Sterigenics’ EH&S programs.
Pay: $92,000-$149,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
