Job summary

VOA-TEXAS in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a facilities supervisor to monitor procurement and inventory of housekeeping, maintenance and food supplies, and to supervise facility staff.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field with two years supervisory experience, or at least five years in facility maintenance, and will involve coordinating staff, a strict budget, and liaison with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the procurement and inventory of housekeeping, maintenance and food supplies.
• Directs supervision of facility services and staff which include food services, maintenance, and janitorial personnel
• Works as liaison between the facility and all authorized vendors
• Ensures management of the program's resources within budget
• Supervises, supports, motivates and empowers the members of his/her team.
• Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of all agency vehicles
• Performs on-call duties as scheduled

Day-To-Day
