Job summary

VOA - Texas in Euless, TX is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our service programs.

You will ensure contract compliance, supervise staff, and drive annual goals and reporting, while coordinating with funding sources and regulatory bodies to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 4+ years of transferable experience required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with clean MVR and ability to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all contracts and statements of work.
• Provides direct supervision for programs assigned.
• Develops, for approval, program goals and objectives on an annual basis.
• Supervises and monitors the implementation and ongoing use of approved curricula for the program.
• Develops and maintains effective client services and reporting in compliance with VOA-TX program and funding source requirements.
• Audits as needed, client files, client logs, Standard Operating Procedures, etc., and reports any deficiencies back to staff.
• Assists in maintaining and responding to reporting requirements of the sponsoring agencies.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with all funding sources, regulatory and other community agency representatives

Day-to-Day
