Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance professional to lead the upkeep of a production facility. The role covers maintenance management, inventory control, and vendor coordination to support continuous operations.

The candidate will oversee safety compliance, participate in special projects, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facility maintenance experience.
• Three years of leadership in a production‑oriented facility with a documented success record.
• Experience with conveyor systems, PLCs and related software.
• General PC proficiency to use maintenance request portal, email, and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory levels and writes purchase orders to ensure adequate supplies.
• Oversees maintenance requests and ensures timely completion.
• Maintains vendor relations and ensures compliance with ISO/OSHA specifications.
• Communicates safety, special projects and maintenance topics with DC Management and TSMs.
• Coordinates custodial tasks for timely trash/cardboard removal.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as required.
• Adheres to company policies and workplace behavior standards.
