Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. in a production facility seeks a Maintenance Team Lead to oversee repair and PM entry, manage inventory and vendor relations, and ensure compliance with manufacturers, ISO and OSHA specifications.

You will coordinate urgent requests, allocate tasks to the maintenance and custodial teams, supervise safety practices, and drive continuous improvement while communicating with DC Management and store managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facility maintenance experience.
• Three years of leadership in a production facility with documented success.
• Experience with conveyor systems, PLCs and related software.
• General knowledge of PC usage for maintenance requests, e-mail, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tasks from the maintenance request portal, e-mail/radio requests and emergency repairs.
• Maintain accurate department inventory and write purchase orders or order materials.
• Oversee vendor relations and compliance with manufacturers, ISO and OSHA specifications.
• Communicate safety and project updates to DC Management and Supervisors.
• Coordinate tasks for custodial team to ensure timely disposal of trash.
